Kore accepts only domestic shipping orders and ships only within the United States of America. Orders have a three to five business day processing time. If an order is placed after 8 a.m., it will begin processing the next business day. An exception may be made by Kore at its sole discretion if the Consumer [calls/emails] (833) 784-9669 / firstname.lastname@example.org after placing the order.
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). USPS does not guarantee a delivery day. Orders are generally delivered between one to three business days after they are placed for shipment with the USPS.
Free shipping over $99 is valid for Continental US RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. The shipping service used for this will be USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground at Kore’s sole discretion.
Kore is not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong address given by the customer. If the package is returned to us due to a wrong address, extra shipping charges will incur to resend package.
